Archimedes Pharma Ltd, a European specialty pharma company, purchased the UK-based Link group of companies in October 2006 and through this acquisition has established a commercial organisation in the UK, Ireland, France and Germany. After a period of integration and evaluation we have decided to re-brand the Link companies under the Archimedes name. Effective immediately the names of companies within the group have changed as follows:

In addition, the holding company established for the acquisition has also been changed to Archimedes Holdings Ltd (formerly Jordanbay Ltd) and the old Link Holdings Ltd will remain as a dormant entity.

Over the forthcoming weeks we will be undertaking writing to all customers, suppliers and partners advising them of any changes. We have also begun the process of changing our product packaging and communications materials, including promotional materials to the Archimedes branding. Communication about changes to product labelling will follow as the new livery enters the marketplace.
